A seasoned veteran of the CID industry, Kelly has served as an executive for a large multinational company. In addition, she has volunteered time serving on the Board of Trustees for Community Associations Institute, has been a member of the Manager Representation Group and also has served on the Board of Directors for her association. She is passionate about developing employees and seeing them succeed. Kelly has overseen operations in all levels of Community Association management, including as an executive of a large management firm, and brings a unique perspective as a manager and a homeowner leader to the table. She has experience in implementation and change management, in addition to leadership development and training.
