I have been working with Common Interest Developments in California, primarily the San Francisco / Bay Area, since 2002, and have a specialized knowledge of this industry. I have extensive experience auditing, reviewing, and compiling year-end financial statements, as well as preparing income tax returns, annual budget reports, reserve funding plans and computing monthly assessments. I am very personable and skilled in communicating and working with management companies, bookkeeping firms, self-managed associations, and Boards of Directors with respect to: The Davis-Stirling Act, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and Tax Preparation for CIDs.
