A. Jeanne Grove is a real estate attorney with nearly 20 years of experience in both litigation and transactions. Jeanne represents homeowner associations (HOAs), real estate brokers/agents, developers, private lenders, property owners, and business owners.

I focus my practice on real estate litigation and transactions, including common interest developments/HOAs, co-ownership/ TIC matters, including TIC agreements and partition actions; purchase/sale transactions and disputes; and boundary/title/easement issues. I represent and advise clients on nondisclosure claims, co-ownership disputes, quiet title actions, partitions, boundary and title disputes, construction/development disputes, and leases.
