Precision Concrete Cutting of Northern California was founded in 2003 and has offices in Burlingame, Oakland and Sacramento. We are the local leader in Sidewalk Asset Management and deliver the best services in our market segment. More specifically, we provide sidewalk assessment and repair services to hundreds of clients in Northern California, from Bakersfield to the Oregon border.
Thanks to our patented technology and cutting edge techniques, our repairs are superior and fully ADA compliant. We fully remove trip hazards from uneven sidewalks, concrete walkways and handicap access ramps. In particular, we are far more effective and less expensive than conventional scarifiers, concrete grinders, and removal and replacements. Additionally, we use no water in our process, remove and recycle any and all debris generated from the remediation process, and provide you with before and after photos to ease the challenge of validation.
The founders of the company were born and raised in Northern California as was much of our team, which gives us a great sense of responsibility and ownership for the work we do. We are proud of our mission, which is to pioneer safe and accessible sidewalks in Northern California.
