ProTec Building Services was founded in 1996 in San Diego by J. David Rauch. Since then, we have grown to 400+ employees and nine regional offices throughout Southern California and Southern Nevada.
From day one, we have provided maintenance, repair, construction and inspection services to Community Managers and the HOAs they serve for one reason – to “Improve Quality of Life”. By doing so, we developed and implemented our Preventive Maintenance Programs that more than 1,000 HOAs throughout Southern California and Southern Nevada have utilized over the past two decades saving HOAs time and money, as well as ensuring the longest possible lifespan of each common area component.
In 2001 and 2018, we were recognized on Inc. Magazine’s list of Fastest Growing Private Companies in America as well as SDBJ’s Fastest Growing Private Companies in 2004 and 2018.
