S.L. Kindt Management LLC is centrally located off Hwy. 101 in Rohnert Park providing Professional Association Management of Common Interest Developments located in Marin and Sonoma Counties. The CEO, Sally Kindt has been working in the CID industry since 1995 and opened her own company in 2006. By keeping a minimal number of communities managed in the office, we can provide a better quality of care to our Board of Directors and their associations. Association financials and bookkeeping are prepared by Top Notch Bookkeeping. Rosemary LaBarge has been keeping association books since 1995 and she only keeps the books for associations managed by S.L. Kindt. Accurate books mean everything to an association. If you have good records of your financials, your association will be in good shape even if your under-budget. Not knowing how much money your community has in the bank can cause checks to vendors to be returned by the banks as insufficient funds. Inaccurate records of which members are not paying their dues can cause a huge loss of funds to the community. Cleaning up poorly kept books is a huge undertaking and one Rosemary and S.L. Kindt has had to do with many accounts received. Over the last twenty years the laws and civil codes for community associations have changed. We started out by keeping records by hand, to using computers as word processors and storage to rapid fire emails and research. This industry has changed. Navigating those changes and educating the Boards and Members is a challenge in and of itself. Keeping up with a changing world has been an experience with which we will keep growing and going strong.
