The undersigned here applies to be accepted as a Member of the Educational Community of Homeowners (ECHO) Echo reserves the right to refuse membership to any firm or person not meeting the standards set by the BOD of the Echo. If accepted, the undersigned agrees to comply with the following conditions:

Standard of Membership

I certify that the firm or person named below has a direct interest in the successful operation of CID Developments. I agree to support Echo in its member service programs and to assist Echo in its membership solicitations of homeowner associations. I agree to abide by a high standard of professional conduct and ethics as may be expressed by the Echo BOD and to operate in the best interest of member homeowner associations. Members in violation of the standards and ethics are subject to censure and termination of membership.

Membership Terms and Conditions

If your membership is declined, your payment will be refunded. Members are billed annually. Failure to pay a renewal will terminate your membership 60 days after the dues become delinquent. Members can be reinstated. Each member business is entitled to receive one subscription to the physical Echo Journal published quarterly. The individual identified as the marketing person on this application will be the one to receive it. If you wish your managers to receive a digital version of the magazine sent to them, please supply names/emails to Echo directly. Membership may be terminated by written notice to Echo. No refunds of dues will be made for memberships that are terminated early. Adjustments of membership dues may be made from time to time by the Echo BOD. Echo does not release its membership list to our professionals or other outside parties without the express permission of the individual themselves.
