A reduced referral rate is available for your first year and a ONE time maximum. The referral must be an active, and in good standing, Echo Board Member, Professional or Association Management Member. Memberships renew on an annual basis. Memberships may be terminated by written notice to ECHO. No refunds of dues will be made for memberships that are terminated early. Membership dues adjustments may be made from time to time by the Echo BOD. Your membership entitles you to receive a subscription to the Echo Journal and a digital copy of our annual Community Statute book. (Link sent in welcome letter). Individual membership is limited to individuals living in homeowner associations. It is not intended for professionals servicing common interest developments. If you are a member of your board, you agree not to share your Echo access information, educational materials or webinar recordings that are available to you as a member with other members of your board.
